On-Going Project:
This project consisted of the interior renovation of 295 apartments and administration areas in this MDHA 15 story high rise residential building. System replacements / upgrades included the fire alarm system, upgraded MATV system, added security cameras, receptacles, switches, light fixtures and individual breakers in panels in each apartment.
The project consists of a demolition phase, rough-in phase and trim-out phase along with a complete renovation of the first floor and all outside lighting.
