Repairs on the Carlex, Glass Factory • Nashville, TN
Completed Project:
On January 25, 2013 there was a power failure at the Carlex Glass fabrication plant. Amprite's first response was restoring temporary power. Initially measuring for temporary cable and then to install and connect cable to over 30 generators and 20 temporary transformers. These systems were installed to temporarily supply electricity to key areas of the fabrication plant.
Amprite then tested the cabling and energized the power stations within the glass fabrication plant required to reestablish and maintain glass fabrication production schedules by February 6th. Amprite employee's worked tirelessly 24 hours a day for 8 days to achieve their goal to provide power to this plant.
When the main power supply was repaired, Amprite Electric remove the cabling and returned the facility over to permanent power source status.
