This Project Was Performed in Four Major Areas:

The existing facility, First and Second Floor Oven Areas. |

A new R Bins Facility, approximately 10,000 Square Foot facility. |

A new Grader Facility, approximately 3600 Square Foot facility. This facility was pre-fabricated and pre-wired on the ground in three (3) modules and lifted into place on the roof of the existing facility. This new facility replaced an existing facility which was demoed during this phase of the Project. |

An updated Tank Farm Area complete with a new 120 Square Foot Control /Pump Building. |
This entire Project was basically a 4 Month Project, Peaking at 40 + Craftsman. The majority of the Project consisted of two (2) 12 Hour shifts working 7 days a week, expending 20,000 + Man Hours.
The 2012 Project includes the Installation of the Following Electrical Items:

One (1) new 4000 Amp 480/277 volt underground service including two 4" conduits from the Utility Company's High Voltage service to a Springfield Electric Service Pad Mount Transformer. |

One (1) new 4000 Amp 480/277 volt three (3) section Switchboard, including twelve 4" conduits and required conductors form the Utility Transformer to the new 4000 Amp Switchboard. |
|
Sixteen (16) sections of Motor Control Center Compartments including a new 800 Amp 480 Volt Service. |
|
Six (6) New Variable Speed Drive Units. |
|
Three (3) new 480 volt Panelboard. |
|
Three (3) new 480/208-120 VOLT Transformers. |
|
Two (2) new 208/120 volt Panelboards. |
|
Five (5) new Mac Control Cabinet units. |
|
Over sixty (60) new motors including two (2) 75 Horsepower Units, two (2) 65 Horsepower Units, Two (2) 50 Horsepower Units, two (2) twenty Horsepower Units and the remainder smaller Units. |
