Chateau Vestavia is a family owned
and operated business located in the Vestavia Hills community
of Birmingham, Alabama. For the past 11 years they have
grown from an Independent Living retirement community to
include The Manor at Chateau Vestavia, an Assisted Living
community and more recently a Short-Term Care program for
seniors.
Liddle Design has worked closely with
Chateau Vestavia since the beginning. Over the years we
have developed several collateral pieces, direct mail and
advertising campaigns geared towards their specific local
market.
The 2002 ad
campaign was featured in regional senior magazines as
well as local newspapers. It
focused on the Chateau Vestavias friendly, helpful
atmosphere and the care-free aspects of living in a full-service
retirement community. Along with this campaign, we developed
a tagline for each community: All the Comforts
of Home for Chateau Vestavia and The
Care You Need When You Need it for The Manor at
Chateau Vestavia. Liddle Design then created a web site
that reflected the look and messaging of their printed pieces.
It is very easy to navigate, informative and offers the
audience a virtual tour of the community.
Since the introduction of the 2002
direct mail/ad campaign and web site launch, Chateau Vestavia
has increased their occupancy to 90% and are receiving more
and more requests daily for additional information.
